
REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with the quality any purchases you may return them within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. Please inform us what you have found deficient about this product. Refund of freight charges will be negotiable under these circumstances.
Should you wish to return a product that is unsuitable for your situation we are happy to discuss this with you. In most cases the customer will incur the cost of freight to ship it to them (this will be the actual cost of freight, not an agreed or subsidised cost) and the full cost of return freight. Should packaging or product not be in original condition we may choose to charge a refurbishment fee. In some cases we may impose a restocking fee (up to 10% of the value of the goods)to off set our cost of sale overheads. If the customer refuses the refurbishment fee or restocking fee the product will be returned to them once they have paid all associated freight costs. We suggest you discuss this situation with one of our staff members before returning goods.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You may need to return the damaged product (to us for assessment).

Ability Healthcare will refund to your credit card, or we can post a cheque .
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
